This is the Club's centre for Mini-Soccer and all Junior games up to Under 13yrs. You will find 4 Mini-soccer and 1 junior size pitches. There are changing facilities in the pavilion where you can find hot or cold drinks being served together with bacon or sausage rolls and confectionary. Parking is on the retail park opposite.

Please note that a brand new Pavilion and a full size floodlit ATP is being built on the site from October 2009 and there will be some disruption to the site whilst the construction is taking place.

This is where the adult teams play (Except the Waveney Hearts) and is also the club's primary training centre with an all purpose 60yd. x 40yd. ATP floodlit pitch. 
We believe that these are the best training facilities in the area, this is why the club invested £20,000 into the centre.

Our younger players have the opportunity to enhance their skills and develop their football ability. There are  two full size pitches, 4 changing rooms a sports hall and a gymnasium together with a state of the art conference room for courses and meetings.

The Denes High School is also the home for the Club's junior teams from under 13yrs to Under 16years

Dip Farm is owned by the Local Authority. There are 5 full size pitches and arguably the best playing surface in Lowestoft. There are changing rooms, however there are no facilities for refreshments.

Dip farm is less than 200 yards from the cliff and during the winter months playing here can be very inhospitable and windy, although tall trees around the boundary offer some shelter from the sea 'breeze'!!.
